Commission Structure
Clear, transparent commission tiers and timing—so you know exactly what you earn and when.
💰 What to Expect
This is how you get paid—simple and transparent.
📊 Referral Tiers
Lead Type | Fee Structure |
Cold Lead | 15% of their first-year contract |
Warm / Filtered Lead | 20% of the full contract term |
⏱️ Payout Timing
- Commissions are paid monthly after we start getting our commissions (this varies deal to deal, we will keep you in the loop). Typically 60-90 days after contract signed. This tends to be driven on the client’s payment cycle.
- Email notification sent when payout is scheduled (we will gather your preferred payment method). Venmo, check, Zelle etc.
- We will issue 1099 each year for tax reporting purposes.
🔵 Cold Lead
A cold lead is someone who:
- You may or may not know
- Has not been qualified in terms of their business profile and challenges and opportunities for TSarro & Associates to help.
- Has not been educated about TSarro & Associates value proposition
Note: This can still be fruitful, but because the differentiator is YOUR relationship and building a bridge from their needs to a service offering is lacking, it tends to be a MUCH lower conversion rate. For those that do convert, it could take over a year/years to become a real lead with active engagement.
Examples in your world:
- A random contact you find on LinkedIn and say, “You should talk to my friend Tom” — without context or qualification
- Someone who hops on a call with us and says, “So what exactly do you guys do as Pamela thought it would be good for us to meet?”
🟢 Warm Lead
A warm lead is someone who:
- You know
- Has a basic understanding of our offer or what problems we solve
- Has been pre-framed by the affiliate or seen a video, 1-pager, or case study
- Has expressed interest or at least relevance to your ICP (Ideal Client Profile)
- Understands, at a high level, who TSarro & Associates is and what we can do for them
- Might already be experiencing pain that aligns with our service offering.
Examples in your world:
- A Dental service organization COO who watched the video, or steps thru an initial call with you, confirms they would like to speak to TSA.
- A university dental ops leader who you know completes the exec intro form after you have presented our service offering and the potential synergies between us.
- Anyone who hops on the call and says: “I heard you’ve helped teams like ours reduce wait times, reduce our costs, and modernize the contact center — that’s exactly what I'm looking for”
🧠 Bottom Line:
Cold = “What do you do and who are you?”
Warm = “I know what you do — let’s see if it fits.”
👋 How to Maximize
- Focus on warm introductions (they earn more & close faster)
- Even cold leads add value and still pay 15% for an entire year. If you don’t have any time at all to qualify a contact into a lead, this is an option.
- Keep your intros brief but personal—see the “How to Make a Warm Intro” tab for templates
